Reservation Policies

At Completely Costa Rica, we are committed to offering authentic and well-organized experiences. To ensure quality of service and availability, we invite you to read our reservation policies.

1. Reservation Process

  • Reservations can be made through our website or email.
  • All requests must include: full name, number of people (adults and children, indicating the age of each), travel dates, desired services, and contact information.
  • Once availability is confirmed, a detailed quote with the included services will be sent.

2. Confirmation and Payment

  • To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Or in cases of special dates, it will be required according to the date requested by the supplier.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the service or according to the date requested by the supplier.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or authorized digital platforms.
  • Reservations made less than 15 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

3. Documentation

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the processing of services (names, passports, special requirements, etc.).
  • For international tours or those requiring special permits, additional documentation will be requested.

4. Groups and Customized Services

  • For groups larger than 10 people or customized itineraries, special payment, cancellation, and modification conditions apply.
  • These conditions will be detailed in the corresponding quote.

5. Modifications

  • Requests for changes to dates, number of people, or services must be made in writing.
  • These are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments.

6. Responsibility

  • Completely Costa Rica acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (hotels, transportation, tour operators).
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our direct control, although we will always endeavor to offer alternative solutions.
