Cancelation Policy

At Completely Costa Rica, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy for our travel services. We encourage you to read it carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing to info@completelycr.com
  • The date of receipt of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.
  • Conditions vary by service type (tours, accommodations, transportation), so they will be detailed in each quote or confirmation.

2. Refunds

  • No refunds will be applied once the reservation has been paid.

Note: Some services may have stricter policies depending on the provider (hotels, adventure operators, etc.). These conditions will be communicated in advance.

3. Date Changes

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
  • Additional fees may apply if there are changes in rates or conditions.

4. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government closures, proven medical emergencies), each situation will be evaluated individually to offer flexible solutions, such as rescheduling or credit for future use.
